This notice explains how Sankhya Setu (“we”) handles personal data shared through https://sankhyasetu.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Only what you type into our forms: your name, business name, mobile number, optional email address, your Health Check answers and any message. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website.

Why we use it

To contact you about your enquiry or Health Check, to prepare for our conversation, and, if you choose to work with us, to provide our services. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone except service providers that host this website and deliver our email, under confidentiality.

How we protect it

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Submissions are sent to us by email and stored on our hosting server with restricted access. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a client, after which records are kept as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@sankhyasetu.in or calling 98260 80804. We will act on your request within 30 days.
